At Simone Pérèle International, we want you to feel confident in your lingerie; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel categories are subject to strict inspection before a refund is processed.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with all original labels and protective strips intact inside the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received, our atelier will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
